This chain lock is specially designed for cyclists who regularly park their bikes in places with a high risk of theft (for example, in the city or at a train station). The hardened steel links of 9 mm provide ultimate security. Because of this the bike lock has an ART 2 star quality mark and this makes it possible to insure your bike. Because of the hallmark, the lock is a bit heavier, but therefore gives better protection against theft!
The Absolute is 110 cm long, making it easy to attach your bike to a post or fence. The cylinder has an anti-drill plate and the cover protects the cylinder from moisture and dirt.
The chain lock comes with 2 keys, but it is possible to order additional keys through AXA's online key service. The key number is necessary for this and should be kept.
