Ordering
When you place an item in the shopping cart it is reserved for you for half an hour. You can place an order with or without an account. Please fill in your details correctly so we can have the product delivered to the correct address.
Sold out products
Because we only have a few pieces of many products, it is possible that after a failed payment it may be listed as sold out. This is not a problem, the product is then probably reserved for you.
Delivery
We work with GLS they pick up the packages daily around 4 o'clock. It is therefore possible to receive the order the next day until half past 3:30. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as we have packed the package. With the Track & Trace you can follow the shipment as soon as it has been scanned in the sorting center of GLS. Didn't receive an email? Check the email address or your spam box.
Not at home on the day of delivery? Then it is often possible to adjust the delivery time or place. This can be done up to a certain point in the sorting process. If the package is not delivered, the delivery driver will try again the next day. Products under €100 can be delivered to the neighbors. After 1-2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the delivery driver delivers the package to a GLS point in your neighborhood if possible. Here the parcel remains for a maximum of 7 days. Not picked up? Then the package goes back to our warehouse and we will contact you.
If you prefer to have the parcel delivered to a GLS point, you can also indicate this in the order note and we will send it directly to the GLS point.
Delivery time
We have a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. On weekdays ordered before 3:30 p.m. is usually the next day at home.
Delivery Costs
For orders over €50,- we pay the delivery costs for you. For orders under €50,- we charge a small fee of €4,95. Want to avoid the delivery charges? Then feel free to browse our store for more great items.
Do you live in Belgium or Germany? We deliver for free for orders over €75,-. For orders under €75,- we charge €6,95. For other EU countries, shipping is free for orders above €120,-. For orders below this amount we charge €9,95.
Returns are at your own expense, however we are happy to help you with a return label that we offer for €6,95 for packages that can be returned via regular parcel. If there is something wrong with the product please contact us. Of course there will be no charge for the return.
Collection
Nearby? It is possible to come see a product or pick it up at our store. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17. In order to have your order ready on time, we always ask you to call or email in advance to make a pickup appointment. This also prevents you from standing in front of a closed door.
