Returns

Can you return returns? Yes, you can! We offer an extra-long return period of 30 days so you can be sure you've purchased the right product.

Don't like the product, or is there something wrong with your order? Then you can easily register a return or complaint through our returns portal.

How do returns work?

  1. Report your return or complaint through our returns portal.
  2. Enter your order number (6 digits) and the email address you ordered with.
  3. Go through the steps in the portal.
  4. Pay online for the return label (as low as €6.70 per package) or for free when you choose shopping credit.

📌 Please note that this rate applies only to packages that can be returned via parcel post.

Complaints or errors on delivery

Is your product damaged, incomplete or incorrectly delivered? Please report this via our returns portal by filling out the form as completely as possible. This way we can help you faster and better.

We will review the request and find an appropriate solution immediately. If necessary, you will receive:

  • Free return label
  • Replacement product
  • Missing part

Once we receive the product in good order, we will refund your purchase price.

💰 Refund

  • The amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay.
  • This is done within a maximum of 14 days of receipt.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed through our payment provider Foundation Pay.
  • Within 2 business days of the confirmation email, the amount will be in your account.
