Retourkoop.nl is an online store specializing in returned products. These are items that customers have returned after purchase. We offer these products at reduced prices, so you get great value for your money and contribute to sustainability by encouraging reuse. 

Returned products are items that customers send back. This may be because, for example: 

  • the size or color is not right 
  • the product does not meet expectations after all 
  • the customer has changed their mind 

Many of these products are barely used or even still in new condition.

Warranty & cooling-off period

Every returned product is carefully inspected and tested. We check whether the product functions properly and assess its external condition. We clearly state any damage or defects in the product description. 

That varies per product. 

  • By default, we use a stock photo from the manufacturer. 
  • If a product has clear signs of wear or damage that could influence your decision, we will add our own photos. 

This gives you a fair and clear picture of what you are buying. We strive for maximum transparency. 

For each product, we state the following in the description: 

  • whether the product is new, like new, or used 
  • whether there are any visible signs of wear or damage 
  • whether any parts or accessories are missing 

If we believe that signs of wear and tear could influence your decision, we add our own photos. This allows you to accurately assess what you are purchasing. 

That depends on the status of your order. 

  • Has your order not been shipped yet? Please contact us as soon as possible; we will then see if we can change or cancel the order. 
  • Has your order already been shipped? Then you can always return the package within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our return policy. 

Yes. After placing your order, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. 
You can use this for your records or, if applicable, your business accounting. 

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

  • The final delivery time depends on the carrier.

Yes. We offer a 180-day warranty on all our products. 

If something goes wrong within this period and it is not due to misuse, you can return the product to us free of charge for: 

  • repair, or 
  • replacement (if that is not possible, we will work together to find a suitable solution). 

 

The manufacturer's warranty depends on several factors, such as: 

  • the type of product 
  • the time since the original purchase 
  • the manufacturer's warranty policy 

Sometimes a product retains its full manufacturer's warranty, sometimes only part of it, and in other cases it has expired (in part) because you are not the first buyer. 

Important to know: 

  • Some manufacturers offer up to a 2-year warranty on purchases made through Retourkoop.nl, based on the date of purchase. 
  • Other manufacturers use the production date as the starting point. 
  • In certain cases, the manufacturer's warranty is no longer available. 

Whatever happens:
At Retourkoop, you always receive a standard 180-day warranty on your purchase. 

For specific questions about manufacturer warranties, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. If we have made a special agreement with a manufacturer, we will clearly state this with the relevant product. 

 

Ordering is very easy:

We ship with reliable parcel services such as PostNL, DPD, or another suitable carrier. During checkout, you will see exactly which shipping options are available for your order.
