Order
When you place an item in the shopping cart, it is reserved for you for half an hour. You can place an order with or without an account. Please enter your details correctly so that we can have the product delivered to the correct address.
Sold out products
Because we only have a few pieces of many products, it may happen that it is marked as sold out after a failed payment. This is not a problem, the product is then probably reserved for you.
Delivery
We work with PostNL, DHL and DPD they pick up the packages daily around 3:30 pm. It is therefore possible until 3 o'clock to receive the order the next day. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as we have packed the package. With the Track & Trace you can follow the shipment as soon as it has been scanned in the sorting center of PostNL, DHL or DPD. Didn't receive an email? Please check the email address or your spam box.
Not at home on the day of delivery? Then it is often possible to adjust the delivery time or place. This can be done up to a certain point in the sorting process. If the package is not delivered, the delivery driver will try again the next day. Products under €100 can be delivered to the neighbors. After 1-2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the delivery driver delivers the package to a PostNL, DHL or DPD point in your area if possible. Here the package will remain for a maximum of 7 days. Not picked up? Then the package goes back to our warehouse and we will contact you.
Rather have the package delivered to a PostNL, DHL or DPD point you can also indicate this in the order note and we will send it directly to the PostNL, DHL or DPD point.
Delivery time
We have a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. On weekdays ordered before 3 am is usually the next day at home.
Delivery costs
For orders over €50,- we pay the delivery costs for you. For orders under €50,- we charge a small fee of €4,99. Want to avoid the delivery charges? Then feel free to browse our store for more great items.
Do you live in Belgium or Germany? We offer free delivery for orders over €75. For orders under €75, we charge €6.95. For other EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €120. For orders below this amount, we ask for a contribution of €9.95.
Returns are at your own expense, but we're happy to help you with a return label that we offer for €6.95 for packages that can be returned via regular parcel service. If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us. Of course, there will be no costs for the return in that case.
Pick up
Once you receive the email that your order is ready, you can pick it up.
