Customer Service Representative (m/f), 15–20 hours per week
Retourkoop.nl is the online store where returned products get a second chance. We believe in using products sustainably and want to reduce waste. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative (m/f).
What will you be doing? As a customer service representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll answer questions via email, phone, and chat about orders, products, returns, and warranties. You’ll work with customers to find solutions, resolve issues, and ensure that everyone leaves our online store feeling satisfied. In addition, you’ll handle the administrative aspects of returns and stay in touch with our partners as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone with an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Customer-focused, friendly, and patient
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Accurate and structured
- Skilled with computers and quick to master new systems
- Living in the Utrecht–Maarssen area
- Available for 5 mornings or 5 afternoons per week (3–4 hours per day)

Product tester / All-round employee

Become the boss of returned appliances, from vacuum cleaners to coffee machines, and put them back in the spotlight by refurbishing, testing, cleaning and putting them online. This is the ideal job for someone who wants to improve their technical skills and earn some extra money alongside school. Even if you are not technical, we can use your help.
The activities may include:
- Sorting returned goods
- Unpacking products and testing them
- Refurbishing and cleaning the products
- Packing/repacking neatly
- Photograph any damage
- Writing product descriptions
- Putting products in the warehouse
- Picking orders
- Packing
- Customer service

Working hours
We often work weekdays from 9 AM to 6:30 PM. On Saturdays, we usually work from 9 AM to 2 PM. You are free to decide when you would like to come to work. We require a minimum availability of 4 hours per week.
