Floor manager, 24-32 hours
Retourkoop.nl is the webshop where returned products get a second chance. We believe in sustainable use of products and want to reduce waste. To replace maternity leave and to strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager (m/f) to help us keep the shop floor running.
What will you do?
As a Floor Manager at Retourkoop.nl, you are the lynchpin on the shop floor. You ensure that the daily processes run smoothly and have an eye for quality and efficiency. You manage colleagues, keep an overview and know how to switch quickly. You see where work remains to be done and pick it up proactively. In addition, you support the customer service where necessary, so that we can offer our customers the service they are used to from us.
Who we are looking for.
We are looking for someone who fits our dynamic and entrepreneurial organization:
- Someone with an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- Resides in the Utrecht area;
- You shift gears quickly and have an understanding of what needs to be done when;
- Accurate and structured work;
- Socially and communicatively strong: you enjoy working together and can motivate and manage (younger) colleagues;
- A real go-getter who sees work lying around and takes immediate action; Flexible
- Is employable and willing to assist with customer service.
What do we offer?
- One-year contract starting November 1, 2025, with a chance to extend to a permanent contract. The position is for 24 to 32 hours per week, spread over 4 to 5 days. Working hours and days will be mutually agreed upon.
- A gross monthly salary between € 2200 and € 3000 based on a 40-hour work week. We will adjust the exact amount according to your knowledge and experience.

Product tester / All-round employee

Become the boss of returned appliances, from vacuum cleaners to coffee machines, and put them back in the spotlight by refurbishing, testing, cleaning and putting them online. This is the ideal job for someone who wants to improve their technical skills and earn some extra money alongside school. Even if you are not technical, we can use your help.
The activities may include:
- Sorting returned goods
- Unpacking products and testing them
- Refurbishing and cleaning the products
- Packing/repacking neatly
- Photograph any damage
- Writing product descriptions
- Putting products in the warehouse
- Picking orders
- Packing
- Customer service

Working hours
We often work weekdays from 9 AM to 6:30 PM. On Saturdays, we usually work from 9 AM to 2 PM. You are free to decide when you would like to come to work. We require a minimum availability of 4 hours per week.
