Instructions for use
Technology:
This is Baby Dan's smallest and simplest clamp gate. The gate has a simple but very effective L-Frame. This consists of 3 fixed points and a door that "releases" when you open the handle. Because the gate only has a fixed section on one side, you have more room for a door. One piece of advice: use the included wall-cups (small plastic discs) that prevent the gate from sliding away, and give a better construction. (You can easily attach them with double-sided tape).
Assembly:
There is also a clear instruction manual included, yet assembly is child's play:
1) put the wall-cups (with the double-sided tape) on the bottom screws and tighten the "nut".
Left and right equally threaded so that the gate is in the middle of the opening.
2) Now tighten the nut on the fixed side, so that the gate is "water-fitting".
( this screw is important for the wall-cup, so don't forget)
3) Now tighten the screw in the handle, remember the wall-cup.
Now the gate is straight, and strong.
You see with 4 screws and 4 wall-cups it is so done.
Extensions:
There are 3 useful extensions that give this gate more features:
1) A 14cm expansion kit, for when this size is still too small.
2) Y-screws from Baby Dan, use when there is a ballustrade on one side.
3) Wall-saver, a 110mm large disc for a weak or fragile wall ( 1st. maximum, because it can only be on the fixed side)

That is the same gate only there is a 14cm extra extension already in the box.
But just a critical remark...!!!
With the expansion we now use a kind of "High Gloss White Plastic"
With the SLIMFIT we use a "Matt White Plastic"
If you put them next to each other you still get a different shade of White.
That difference in WHITE is a consequence of the types of plastic and there is unfortunately nothing we can do about that.
