Met de Inventum melkopschuimer MK350 kun je tot 115 ml melk warm of koud opschuimen en tot 240 ml melk verwarmen. De melkopschuimer is snoerloos bij te vullen en uit te schenken. Zodra het melkschuim of de warme melk klaar is, schakelt de melkopschuimer automatisch uit. In slechts 90 seconden heb je melkschuim voor een heerlijke cappuccino of latte macchiato. De antikleef coating aan de binnenkant maakt het schoonmaken extra makkelijk.

Met deze melkopschuimer kun je kiezen of je warm of koud schuim maakt. Dat doe je door het meegeleverde garde opzetstukje te gebruiken. In ongeveer 90 seconden heb je perfect opgeschuimde melk.
Door het mixer opzetstukje in het apparaat te monteren kun je 240 ml melk ook gewoon opwarmen. Afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid melk duurt dat 100 tot 120 seconden.
Melkschuim maken kan met koemelk. Hoe voller de melk, des te beter het resultaat. Dat komt omdat in volle melk meer eiwit en vet zit. Eiwit zorgt voor de stevigheid van het schuim en vet voor de romige smaak.
Kies voor opschuimen speciaal daarvoor ontwikkelde soja- of havermelk. Sojamelk bevat veel eiwitten en meer vet dan andere plantaardige melk. Daardoor schuimt het goed. Sommige soorten havermelk schuimen ook prima. De smaak is iets zoetig en romig.
Dankzij de antikleeflaag is je melkopschuimer heel gemakkelijk schoon te maken. Spoel hem na gebruik meteen af met lauw water en een klein beetje afwasmiddel, zodat de melk niet opdroogt en aankoekt.
Zet het apparaat niet aan zonder dat er melk in zit. Doe je dat per ongeluk toch, dan schakelt de droogkookbeveiliging de melkopschuimer automatisch uit. Wel zo veilig!
