This Tunturi Olympic Weight Disc is ideal for strength training and is excellent for use at home or in the gym. This is a set of 1 disc with a weight of 10 kg. The dumbbell weight is completely made of rubber and therefore fine for your floor and they are comfortable to hold. You can attach the weight plate to a 50 mm. barbell, but also use it separately for exercises. This is because the disc is equipped with two handles.
