You simply click the link pieces into place allowing the hula hoop to have a circumference of 44 to 106 centimeters (14-24 link pieces). By placing it securely around your waist, you can keep on training without getting out of your "flow," as the hoop never falls off your hips onto the floor. Each link piece also has a nub that massages your belly and waist. This helps to improve blood flow, thus removing waste products faster. The link pieces fit together seamlessly for a smooth twisting motion, and the hula hoop is made of sturdy, skin-friendly material so it never irritates. Not even with intense exercise.
