Dit betekent dat het teruggewonnen hout de kenmerken van deze verschillende houtsoorten behoudt. Gerecycled hout is al verouderd, verweerd en gedroogd, waardoor het niet krimpt of buigt. Elke stap van het proces wordt met de grootste zorg uitgevoerd, of het nu schilderen, polijsten of lakken is.
