Returning

Can I return a product? Yes you can we have an extra long return period of 30 days so you can be sure that you have purchased the right product.

If you want to register a return because you don't like the product, you can do so through our returns portal. The cost for returning is €6.95, per package or the product(s) can be dropped off for free at our office in Utrecht. In the return portal you enter your zip code and 6-digit order number. You can then choose to return the parcel via one of the 800 GLS parcel points or use one of the 1000 PostNL parcel vending machines where GLS parcels can be handed in. Shipping costs can be paid online. This is only possible for packages that can be sent via parcel post.

If the product received is not to your liking, arrived damaged, incomplete or does not appear to work properly, please contact us. Hopefully together we can come to an appropriate solution or at least offer a free return label.

If you are not satisfied with the product or we did overlook something please feel free to contact us. Email us at [email protected] If you have questions or complaints about a product we will call/email you as soon as possible to come to a solution. We try to contact you within 2 business days via email or phone.

Not good money back

Once we have received the product is good order we make the return payment. The amount will be refunded to the account you paid it with. This can take up to 14 days. The refund goes through the payment provider Pay. You will receive an email when the amount is transferred back to you. The money will be in your account within 2 business days after this mail.
