Nee, uit onderzoek blijkt dat rood licht therapie vrijwel geen risico met zich meebrengt. Het enige risico is verbranding. Hoe vaak per dag kan ik de lamp gebruiken? Je kan meerdere behandelingen per dag doen. Een behandeling van een gewricht, spiergroep of gebied duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. Is infraroodlicht kankerverwekkend? Infraroodlicht is niet kankerverwekkend. Zonlicht bestaat voor 50% uit infraroodlicht. UV licht is daarentegen wel kankerverwekkend Wat is het verschil tussen infraroodlicht en rood licht? Rood licht is zichtbaar licht en heeft een golflengte van ongeveer 600 tot 750 nm, infraroodlicht is onzichtbaar maar wel voelbaar (warmte) en heeft een golflengte van 780nm tot 1mm. De Infraroodlamp bevat de volgende soorten therapeutisch licht: Rood licht 600 tot 750nm: Rood licht valt binnen het zichtbare licht raakt alleen de oppervlakte van je huid. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat het de cellulaire processen, huidweefsel en collageen aanmaak stimuleert. IR-A (NIR) 780 tot 1400nm: Infrarood-A licht is onzichtbaar voor het menselijk oog maar wel waarneembaar in de vorm van warmte. IR-A licht dringt tot wel 7 mm door in je huid. Het verwarmt het weefsel en verhoogt de bloeddorstroming. Spier en gewrichtspijn neemt af, vet wordt omgezet en hormoonklieren werken beter. IR-B (MIR) & IR-C (LIR) 1400nm tot 1mm: Infrarood B en C licht heeft een langere golflengte dan IR-A en ligt nog verder van het kleurenspectrum. De straling is minder krachtig en dringt daardoor niet verder dan 1 mm in je huid. De bloedcirculatie neemt toe, poriën gaan open en je huid gaat transpireren. Mis geen dag langer de voordelen van infraroodlicht en probeer de lamp kosteloos voor 30 dagen!
