The expansion pack includes three cylinders with stainless steel blades. This material is strong, hygienic, and durable—which is why it’s widely used by professional chefs. The cylinders are quick and easy to swap out, so you can switch between different cutting and grating tasks in just a few seconds.
The fine grater cylinder is perfect for harder ingredients such as hard cheeses, chocolate, and nuts—ideal for salads, desserts, or sandwich fillings. The potato slicer cylinder is suitable for potatoes, but also for other ingredients, such as when making rösti or fritters. The fine slicer cylinder quickly and evenly grates carrots and cabbage, among other things—perfect for carrot cake or coleslaw.
