The Dresco ring lock is a high-quality lock with a wide opening and comes complete with the Dresco Plug-In Chain 90/5.5 to secure your bike to an object. The frame lock is made of hardened steel and has a plastic housing. The ring lock can be mounted in various ways; by default, it is mounted using the two included bolts, which are screwed into the frame mounting point. The plug-in chain is 90 centimeters long and is ideal for providing extra securing of the bike to, for example, a lamppost. The chain has 5.5 millimeter-thick hardened steel links, and you insert the 10mm plug-in pin into the hole on the side of the Dresco lock. The plug-in chain has a strong protective polyester cover to prevent damage to the bike. By wrapping the chain around the seat post, the extra lock can easily be taken with you. The combination of these two locks acts as a theft deterrent. With the key to the U-lock, you can lock both locks simultaneously. The U-lock comes with 2 keys and mounting hardware.
