Philips Ultinon Access LED lamps offer better beam performance than halogen lamps. They offer the same luminous flux as standard ECE halogen lamps, but significantly improve beam performance with lower energy consumption. Ultinon Access LED lamps offer up to 80% extra brightness (Compared to the minimum legal standard for halogen lamps)
