The Revo-loo Chow automatically dispenses food at the times you set. The Revo-loo Flow drinking fountain keeps the water constantly circulating using a quiet pump and a dual-filter system. Together, they take care of the two most routine tasks of cat care.
For 1 to 3 cats fed dry food (2–12 mm). The Flow is powered by USB. The Chow requires a power outlet or D-cell batteries. Not suitable for wet food.
If you're not satisfied with the set, you can return it within 30 days. After that, each device comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, which can be extended to 2 years through free QR registration.

Can I buy the Chow and Flow separately? Yes, both devices are also available separately. This 2-in-1 set offers better value.
Do Chow and Flow use the same app? No. Chow uses its own app. The Flow cat water fountain doesn't have an app at all—it's plug-and-play.
What kind of food fits in the Chow? Dry food measuring 2 to 12 mm. Not suitable for wet food or kibble outside this size range.
How often should I replace the Flow filter? Every 30 days. Change the water weekly under normal use.
What if the power goes out? The Chow will continue to operate for at least 24 hours on its 3x D-cell battery backup. The Flow requires AC power to run the pump.
How often should I clean them? Both appliances should be cleaned monthly under normal use. All parts that come into contact with water or food can be disassembled.
How do I register the warranty? Scan one QR code per device. Register each device separately for 2 years of coverage.

FAQ Hoe maak ik de Revo-loo One schoon? Het schoonmaken van de Revo-loo One is super eenvoudig en doe je door het volgen van deze stappen: 1. Gebruik de 'empty litter’' functie om alle inhoud in de afvalcontainer te legen. Gooi de vuile zak weg en vervang deze door een nieuwe afvalzak. 2. Zet het apparaat uit.
