Hypoallergenic IPD (Insect) contains Black Soldier Fly larvae as a sustainable source of protein. Because insects are not yet used as a source of protein in animal feed in Europe, the chance of a dog developing an allergy to them is very small. The combination of insects and potatoes will therefore rarely cause a hypersensitivity reaction. By switching to a hypoallergenic diet such as TROVET Hypoallergenic IPD (Insect), reactions such as scratching, rubbing, and biting will gradually be reduced.
