Get started quickly with your fitness ball
Step 1: Leave the ball at room temperature for 2 hours. This makes it easier to pump up the ball.
Step 2: Inflate the ball to 80%. Let the ball rest for 24 hours with the plug provided.
Step 3: Fully inflate the ball and measure the diameter. Make sure the ball is the correct diameter as shown on the ball.
Step 4: Sit on the ball with your knees slightly bent (about 90 degrees) and your feet flat on the ground. Are you sinking in too far? Add air to the ball. Does the ball bounce too much? Drain air from the ball until your sitting position is comfortable and stable.
Step 5: After fully inflating, push the plug back into the hole and the ball is ready for use.
