Choose the Right Length of Punching Bag
Every athlete needs a different punching bag. For example, boxers use punching bags up to 100 cm, while kickboxers opt for punching bags starting at 120 cm. The longer the punching bag, the more weight it can hold. This makes the punching bag heavier and, as a result, it hangs more firmly. You can choose the right punching bag length from the overview below.
