Thanks to the connecting pieces, you can adjust the hula hoop to your exact size. You simply click the connecting pieces into place, allowing the hula hoop to have a circumference ranging from 44 to 106 centimeters (14–24 connecting pieces). By securing it firmly around your waist, you can keep exercising without ever losing your “flow,” since the hoop will never fall from your hips to the ground. Each link also has a nubs that massage your abdomen and waist. This helps improve blood flow, allowing waste products to be eliminated more quickly. The links fit together seamlessly for a smooth spinning motion, and the hula hoop is made of sturdy, skin-friendly material so it never causes irritation—even during intense workouts.
